About The Position

This role supports a rapidly expanding e-commerce business and primarily involves business analysis and communication with the system development team. It also includes traditional user-interface and application-module management. The analyst will analyze user requirements, create documentation to communicate between business users and the development team, and monitor and test new development. Korean bilingual ability is required. The position is based in Plano, Texas, and is a one-year contract.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, or a related discipline.
• Over 9 years of business process analysis experience.
• Bilingual English and Korean proficiency, including reading, writing, and speaking both languages.
• System analysis ability and knowledge of system interfaces, including XML.
• Knowledge of generating system and business process documentation.
• Critical-thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with coworkers and other staff.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Database development experience, including advanced SQL programming.

Nice To Haves

• Sales or logistics experience related to e-commerce systems.
• Strong business-process analysis and consultation skills, including the ability to lead and guide clients.
• Knowledge of ERP logistics and general logistics and supply-chain processes.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and web-system management.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized while managing multiple clients across divisions.
• Ability to work within deadlines independently and as part of a team.
• Retail or e-commerce experience, or an internship in e-commerce.
