Sr. Business Analyst (e-Commerce) - Korean bilingual Required
About The Position
The Sr. Business Analyst will analyze business processes and systems, with e-commerce system experience related to sales or logistics considered a plus. The role requires system analysis and interface knowledge, including XML, as well as the ability to create system and business process documentation. It also requires advanced SQL and database development skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and the ability to work cooperatively with colleagues and other staff. The candidate must be bilingual in English and Korean, including reading, writing, and speaking both languages.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT- and/or MIS-related discipline.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak both English and Korean.
- Over 9 years of business process analysis experience.
- System analysis ability and knowledge of system interfaces, including XML.
- Knowledge of generating system and business process documentation.
- Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritizing, and time management skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with co-workers and other staff.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Database development experience, including advanced SQL programming.
