About The Position

The Solution Business Analyst (Staff) supports and operates enterprise IT asset and workspace management solutions. The role is self-directed, involves ownership of daily operations, and contributes to a seamless experience for internal customers. It is highly cross-functional and works with IT, Security, Finance, and engineering teams to help maintain stable and efficient service operations.

The position is a one-year contract based in Austin, Texas. The listed pay rate is approximately $5,657.84 per month, DOE.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT asset management, corporate employee service operations, or project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Three or more years of experience with product management or enterprise SaaS product support.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean.

Responsibilities

• Support and operate IT asset and facility management services, including business phones and AV assets, for internal customers and users.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth, stable, and efficient service operations.
• Identify, understand, and document market and customer needs, collaborating with engineering teams to translate requirements into product features.
• Analyze product and market data through interactions with sales, customer success teams, and end users.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Finance teams to enhance mobility and workspace management solutions.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and contribute to competitive strategy discussions.
• Create, update, and maintain solution documentation, including user manuals, marketing materials, and operational reports.
