AE - Sr Brand Ambassador (Sr Sales Associate)
About The Position
As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring the American Eagle and Aerie brands to life by providing every store guest with an enjoyable shopping experience. You represent the company, build brand loyalty, share enthusiasm for its products, and embody its values. This role involves engaging guests using the AEO Selling Model, helping them find products, educating them about product details, and making recommendations. You introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels, and move between the salesfloor, cash and wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. You resolve guest concerns within company policy, support teammates, and follow AEO policies and procedures. The position is suited to someone who enjoys interacting with people, can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, is available during evenings, weekends, and holidays, and is at least 18 years old. Previous retail experience and enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products are identified as strengths for the role.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model and help them find what they are looking for with a friendly, guest-focused approach.
- Educate guests about AE and Aerie product details and recommend products that meet their needs.

- Work flexibly across the salesfloor, cash and wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
- Assist teammates and contribute to completing team tasks.
- Act with integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.
