About The Position

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring the American Eagle and Aerie brands to life by giving every store guest an enjoyable shopping experience. You represent the company, build brand loyalty, share product knowledge, and reflect company values. The role requires flexibility across store areas and a focus on solving guest concerns while following company policies.

The position is suited to someone who enjoys interacting with people, can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and is available during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience and being at least 18 years old are listed as qualifications. Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and help them find what they are looking for with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie products and recommend products to meet their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Work flexibly across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist team members and contribute to completing team tasks.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures and act with integrity.
