About The Position

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring the American Eagle and Aerie brands to life by providing every store guest with an enjoyable shopping experience. You represent the company, build brand loyalty, share your enthusiasm for its products, and embody its values.

The role involves helping guests find products that meet their needs, sharing product information and suggestions, and introducing guests to the loyalty program and other brand channels. You may work across the salesfloor, cash and wrap, fitting room, and stockroom. You also resolve guest concerns in accordance with company policy, support teammates, and follow company policies and procedures.

The position is suited to someone who enjoys interacting with people and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected. Prior retail experience and being at least 18 years of age are listed as qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model and help them find what they are looking for with a friendly, guest-focused approach.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie products and suggest products suited to their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Work flexibly across the salesfloor, cash and wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist team members and contribute to completing team tasks.
• Act with integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.
