About The Position

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador (Sr Sales Associate), you bring the brand to life by providing every store guest with an enjoyable shopping experience. You represent the company, build brand loyalty, share your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products, and embody company values. The role involves helping guests find products that meet their needs, introducing them to the loyalty program and brand channels, and flexing across store zones as needed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Availability to work when guests shop, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.

• Previous retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model and a “friends first” mindset to help them find what they are looking for.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie product details and suggest products suited to their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist the team and contribute to getting the job done.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures and act with integrity.
