About The Position

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador (Sr Sales Associate), you bring the brand to life by providing guests with a positive shopping experience and building brand loyalty. You represent the company’s values and help guests find products that suit their needs. The role involves working across the salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed, while helping resolve guest concerns and supporting the team.

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Bring energy and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Be available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have an interest in AE and Aerie products.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model and a “friends first” mindset.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie product details and make suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist teammates and contribute to getting the job done.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures.
