About The Position

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring the brand to life by providing every store guest with an enjoyable shopping experience and representing the company’s values. You build brand loyalty, share your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products, and help guests find products that meet their needs. The role involves working across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Bring energy and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have a love of AE and Aerie products.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Previous retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model and a “friends first” mindset to engage guests and help them find what they are looking for.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist teammates and contribute to getting the job done.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures and act with integrity.
