About The Position

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring the brand to life by providing every store guest with an enjoyable shopping experience. You represent the company, build brand loyalty, share your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products, and reflect the company’s values. The role involves helping guests find products, educating them about product details, suggesting products to meet their needs, and introducing them to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels. You may work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed, while resolving guest concerns in accordance with company policy and supporting your team.

Requirements

Enjoy interacting with people.
Bring energy and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Have enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products.
Be at least 18 years of age.

Previous retail experience.

Responsibilities

Use the AEO Selling Model and a “friends first” approach to engage with guests and help them find what they are looking for.
Educate guests about AE and Aerie product details and make product suggestions suited to their needs.
Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
Assist teammates and contribute to getting the job done.
Follow AEO policies and procedures and act with integrity.
