About The Position

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring the brand to life by providing every store guest with an enjoyable shopping experience. You represent the company, build brand loyalty, share your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products, and embody the company’s values. The role involves helping guests find products, educating them about product details, making recommendations, introducing the loyalty program and other brand channels, and supporting different store areas as needed.

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Bring energy and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Be available to work during guest shopping times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Previous retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model and a “friends first” mindset to engage guests and help them find what they are looking for.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie products and recommend items to meet their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist teammates and contribute to getting the job done.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures.
