About The Position

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a customer-facing Lead AI Developer to drive Agentic AI-enabled telecom transformation programs, including large-scale NOC, SOC, and operations initiatives. The role serves as the primary onsite Lead Architect, working with customers and stakeholders to assess current operations, shape solution roadmaps, define AWS-based architectures, and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency, service reliability, and network resilience. This is an onsite position in Denver, Colorado. The position leads customer workshops, discovery, solution architecture, proofs of concept, end-to-end technical delivery, and executive presentations. It defines AI-driven solutions and integration patterns across telecom operations systems, in collaboration with AWS, customer network and operations teams, engineering groups, and offshore teams.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in software development, solution delivery, or technology consulting.
  • Practical experience defining AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI use cases for enterprise operations.
  • Ability to translate operational challenges into agent features, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Understanding of AI agents, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, APIs, integrations, and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Strong understanding of telecom operations, particularly NOC or OSS, incident, ticket, and service-assurance processes.
  • Knowledge of software architecture, SDLC, Agile delivery, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Proven experience conducting client workshops, requirements-discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary onsite Lead Architect for Agentic AI-driven telecom transformation across NOC, SOC, network operations, service assurance, and incident management domains.
  • Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions to assess current-state NOC/SOC operating models, alarm flows, ticket lifecycles, triage processes, escalation paths, and operational pain points.
  • Define Agentic AI-driven architectures for alarm correlation, event deduplication, anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, incident enrichment, ticket automation, and closed-loop remediation.
  • Design integration patterns for alarms, events, incidents, topology, inventory, logs, metrics, traces, and operational knowledge across telecom NOC/SOC ecosystems.
  • Partner with AWS and customer network, operations, and engineering stakeholders to design secure, scalable, cloud-native Agentic AI telecom platforms.
  • Lead solutioning, proofs of concept, end-to-end technical delivery, and executive presentations focused on operational efficiency, service reliability, network resilience, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams and business, network, security, operations, product, and engineering stakeholders throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Benefits

  • Paid time off, including vacation (12–25 days depending on employee grade), company-paid holidays, personal days, and sick leave, according to policy.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage, subject to local policy and eligibility.
