This Administrative Assistant role provides proactive administrative support to the Head of Total Rewards and the Head of HR Services & Solutions, and their teams as needed, with a focus on calendar management, meetings planning, and day-to-day operational support. The role supports scheduling across multiple stakeholders and helps ensure meetings and activities, including those with senior leaders and external partners, run smoothly. The role also handles expense management and other administrative tasks, and partners with the broader HR administrative team to provide backup support as needed to maintain efficient operations across HR. The ideal candidate brings a high degree of organization, judgment and discretion, and is able to anticipate scheduling needs, manage logistics, and help resolve conflicts with guidance as needed.
