About The Position

Lucosky Brookman is seeking a highly organized and proactive Contract Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day administrative, operational, and human resources functions across the firm. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both people and processes. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative coordination, office operations, recruiting support, onboarding logistics, employee engagement initiatives, and general HR administration while serving as a reliable resource to internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of administrative, operations, HR, or office coordination experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced professional environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to firm leadership and internal departments
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, conference rooms, and travel arrangements as needed
  • Assist with office operations, vendor coordination, supply management, and facilities-related tasks
  • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and internal communications
  • Support organization of firm events, trainings, and team initiatives
  • Maintain confidential records and ensure accurate document management
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for attorneys and staff
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with firm policies
  • Help coordinate employee referral programs, engagement initiatives, and internal communications
  • Assist with tracking onboarding checklists, and other HR administrative tasks
  • Partner with HR and leadership teams on various operational and personnel initiatives
