About The Position

VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is hiring Sprinter and Cargo Van owner-operators under a written independent contractor agreement. The company offers competitive rates, which may be negotiated with dispatchers. This is an owner-operator opportunity; the company does not hire company drivers. Requirements

• Own a Sprinter or Cargo Van.
• Be a U.S. citizen, resident, green card holder, or holder of work authorization.
• The owner-operator and any drivers must be at least 21 years old.
• The owner-operator and any drivers must speak, understand, and read basic English; Russian speakers are also hired.
• Have at least 6 months of driving experience.
• Sprinters must be model year 2016 or newer.
• Vehicles must have at least 4 straps and PPE.
• Remove all decals from the vehicle.
• Execute a written independent contractor agreement as an owner-operator.

Responsibilities

• Operate an owner-provided Sprinter or Cargo Van for company loads.
• Ensure all drivers are approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER before accepting loads.
• Inform the company before putting the vehicle on the road if any changes are made to it.
• Provide the vehicle's registration and insurance.
