About The Position

VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is hiring Sprinter and Cargo Van owner-operators under a written independent contractor agreement. The company offers competitive rates, which owner-operators can negotiate with dispatchers. The company does not hire company drivers. Drivers must be approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER before accepting a company load.

Requirements

• Own a Sprinter or Cargo Van.
• Be a U.S. citizen, resident, green card holder, or work authorization holder.
• Owner-operators and their drivers must be at least 21 years old.
• Owner-operators and their drivers must be able to speak, understand, and read basic English; Russian speakers are also hired.
• Have at least 6 months of driving experience.
• Sprinter vehicles must be model year 2016 or newer.
• Vehicles must have at least 4 straps and PPE.
• Remove all decals from the vehicle.
• Submit vehicle registration and insurance.
• Drivers must be approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER before accepting a company load.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an owner-operator under a written independent contractor agreement.
• Ensure all drivers are approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER before accepting a load.
• Provide the vehicle’s registration and insurance.
• Notify the company before putting a modified vehicle on the road.
