About The Position

VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is hiring Sprinter and Cargo Van owner-operators under a written independent contractor agreement. The company offers freight loads, dispatch support, personalized load selection based on operator preferences, and negotiable rates. Requirements

• Own a Sprinter or Cargo Van.
• Be a U.S. citizen, resident, green-card holder, or work-authorization holder.
• The applicant and drivers must be at least 21 years old.
• The applicant and drivers must be able to speak, understand, and read basic English.
• Have at least 6 months of driving experience.
• Sprinter vehicles must be from 2016 or newer.
• Vehicles must have at least 4 straps and PPE.
• Remove all decals from the vehicle.
• Provide vehicle registration and insurance.
• Execute a written independent contractor agreement as an owner-operator.

Nice To Haves

• Russian language ability; Russian speakers are also hired.

Responsibilities

• Operate an owner-operated Sprinter or Cargo Van to transport freight loads.

• Provide vehicle registration and insurance documents.
• Inform the company before putting a vehicle on the road after making changes to it.
