About The Position

VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is hiring Sprinter and Cargo Van owner-operators to work under a written independent contractor agreement. The company offers freight loads, dispatch support, competitive per-mile rates, and personalized load offers based on the owner-operator’s preferences. Rates may be negotiated with dispatchers. Dispatchers have at least four years of experience. Payments are made within 3–5 business days, with a 3% quick-pay option. The stated workday range is Monday through Friday. Requirements

• Own a Sprinter or Cargo Van.
• Be a US citizen, resident, green card holder, or holder of work authorization.
• The owner-operator and any drivers must be at least 21 years old.
• The owner-operator and any drivers must be able to speak, understand, and read basic English.
• Have at least 6 months of driving experience.
• Sprinter vehicles must be model year 2016 or newer.
• Vehicles must have at least four straps and PPE.
• Remove all decals from the vehicle.
• Submit vehicle registration and insurance.
• Drivers must be approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER before accepting a load.

Responsibilities
