About The Position

VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is hiring Sprinter and Cargo Van owner-operators under a written independent contractor agreement. The company offers competitive rates, negotiable with dispatchers, and a large number of loads. Dispatchers have at least four years of experience and broker contacts. Loads are personalized according to owner-operators’ preferences. Payment is made within 3–5 business days; quick pay is available for a 3% fee. The stated workdays are Monday through Friday. Requirements

• Own a Sprinter or Cargo Van.
• Be a US citizen, resident, green card holder, or work authorization holder.
• The owner-operator and their drivers must be at least 21 years old.
• The owner-operator and their drivers must be able to speak, understand, and read basic English; Russian speakers are also hired.
• All drivers must be approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER before accepting a company load.
• Sprinter vehicles must be model year 2016 or newer.
• Vehicles must have at least four straps and PPE.
• All decals must be removed.
• Provide vehicle registration and insurance.
• Have at least six months of driving experience.
• Execute a written independent contractor agreement as an owner-operator.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate a Sprinter or Cargo Van for contracted loads.
