Sportsbook Audit Manager
About The Position
The Sportsbook Audit Manager is responsible for the sportsbook’s internal audit program, ensuring operations comply with processes, policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Reporting to the Director of Sportsbook Regulatory Audit and Integrity, this role conducts risk-based operational audits, evaluates and strengthens controls, and identifies emerging risks. The manager also develops a centralized audit management system with dashboards and monitoring tools, produces reports and corrective action plans, and establishes ongoing monitoring and follow-up to support sustained compliance and process improvement. The role requires initiative in defining audit scope, methodology, and execution with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant audit, compliance, or risk management experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Experience drafting executive summaries, preparing reports, and/or presenting to senior and executive leadership.
- Background in internal controls, regulatory compliance, and operational auditing.
- Experience designing and implementing audit management systems, dashboards, or automated monitoring tools.
- Strong analytical and technical skills to optimize audit workflows and improve data-driven decision-making.
- Eligible for gaming licensing in all states and jurisdictions where the company is active.

Responsibilities
- Conduct risk-based audits of sportsbook operations and provide actionable insights to improve operational integrity and mitigate risks.
- Develop and implement a centralized audit management system, including dashboards and monitoring tools, for audit tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Evaluate internal controls and recommend and implement improvements to operational integrity and risk management.
- Define audit scope, methodology, and execution with minimal supervision.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans for leadership as needed.
- Establish continuous monitoring and follow-up mechanisms to support sustained compliance and process improvements.
- Identify emerging risks in sportsbook operations and develop strategies to mitigate potential compliance risks.
