About The Position

Under the supervision of the Sportsbook Shift Manager, the Sportsbook Supervisor assists with operating the Sportsbook, Racebook, and Keno area. Duties include placing bets and approving or denying wagers. The role requires calm, rational decision-making when handling guest and employee conflicts in a fast-paced environment. A flexible work schedule is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The employee frequently stands and walks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and one year of Sportsbook experience; or a bachelor’s degree and six months of Sportsbook experience; or two years of experience in a cashier or customer service role, including at least one year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest and employee conflicts in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule and work nights, weekends, and holidays.
