About The Position

At Speedy Wash & Lube, the Speedy Lane Advisor helps deliver the customer service and value the community expects. Advisors set the tone for customers’ express service lane experience and maintain high customer service standards. They review vehicle service histories, inspect vehicles, recommend additional services, process payment for selected services, update customer information, and review repair orders for accurate dealership documentation. The role also involves supporting positive workflow and detailed communication to maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional, positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Reliable transportation to and from work every day.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for customers’ express service lane experience and maintain the highest customer service standard.
• Review customers’ vehicle service histories, inspect vehicles, and recommend additional services.
• Receive payment for selected services.
• Update customer information in organizational systems.
• Review repair orders to ensure proper dealership documentation, correct repair charges, authorization signatures, and vehicle mileage in and out.
• Create positive workflow and detailed communication to maintain customer satisfaction.
