About The Position

Cornerstone Auto Group is seeking a Quick Lane Advisor for its Ford Quick Lane location in Elk River, Minnesota. The Advisor supports customers through the vehicle service process, handles repair-order payment and documentation, coordinates vehicle parking and key security, and helps maintain quality and customer satisfaction. The role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible hours. The position is full-time, with a stated 40-hour workweek, and pays $20.00–$25.00 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working on all types of vehicles.
• Current, valid driver's license with a driving record that meets insurance company standards.
• Willingness and ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Obtain the customer's signature on the repair order, provide a copy, establish the method of payment, explain the check-writing policy, and obtain credit approval when necessary.
• Review repair orders to ensure completed work and any additional work and authorization are documented.
• Close repair orders as appropriate and submit warranty and internal repair orders to administration for processing and closing.
• Ensure vehicles are parked in assigned areas, locked, and that keys are properly marked and stored.
• Implement a quality-control process to help eliminate comebacks.
• Maintain high customer-satisfaction standards and a professional appearance.
• Keep the work area clean.
• Complete required manufacturer training in a timely manner.
