About The Position

The Quick Lane of Canton, part of the Hines Park Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to deliver a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment with a substantial workload. The service center works on all makes and models, with much of its business involving Ford and Lincoln vehicles. The role offers room for career growth and development.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred.
Ford or Lincoln experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, transparent, and effective service.
Write accurate repair orders and obtain customer approval before work begins.
Take ownership of the customer experience and complete additional assignments that help create a positive impression of the dealership.
Provide concierge support for customer inquiries by phone or in person.
Ensure technicians' available time is consistently sold to service customers.
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
Maintain the Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and order parts and tools as necessary.
Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.
Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
