About The Position

Mac Haik Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Georgetown is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Express Lane Advisor to support its high-volume maintenance lane. The advisor greets customers, writes repair orders for routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections, recommends manufacturer-recommended services, and helps ensure a fast, smooth, positive service experience. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.
Comfort using computer systems and dealership software.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Successful completion of pre-employment screening.
Authorization to work in the United States.

Previous automotive service advising, retail, or customer service experience.
Sales or upselling experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally in the express service drive.
Open and manage repair orders for maintenance services.
Recommend factory-recommended maintenance based on mileage and vehicle condition.
Communicate service needs clearly to technicians.
Provide accurate time and cost estimates.
Obtain customer approvals for additional services.
Monitor vehicle progress to ensure timely completion.
Deliver completed vehicles and review services performed.
Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
Meet individual and department performance goals.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow dealership processes.
Adhere to a consistent and reliable work schedule.
Complete required company training.
Uphold the Mac Haik Automotive Group brand with professionalism and integrity.
Perform other duties as assigned.
