About The Position
The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is hiring an Automotive Express Lane Technician at Napleton Lexus of Wayzata. The technician performs assigned vehicle maintenance in accordance with dealer and factory standards. The role also builds customer loyalty by developing trust and confidence in Napleton as a caregiver for vehicle safety and reliability.
Requirements
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Prior experience as a lube technician, technician's helper, or apprentice.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law and regulations.
- Must be at least 18 years old to comply with the company driving policy.
Responsibilities
- Change engine oil.
- Inspect and/or lubricate vehicle bodies and chassis.
- Rotate and balance tires.
- Replace wiper arm blades and inserts.
- Replace oil, air, and cabin filters and/or elements.
- Fill vehicle fluids and perform vehicle inspections.
