About The Position
Rochester Mazda, part of the Rochester Motor Cars family, is hiring an Automotive Express Technician. The role is suited to someone new to the automotive industry who is interested in vehicle machinery and wants to develop a career. Ground-floor training includes hands-on service drive instruction from experienced Service Technicians, help getting up to speed, and guidance with tools and equipment. The position supports vehicle maintenance and inspections while providing excellent customer service. The dealership emphasizes employee development, advancement, and delivering award-winning service to its community. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record and be willing to complete a pre-employment background check and drug test.
Requirements
- Effective communication skills.

- Basic computer skills.
- Clean driving record; applicants must possess a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
- Ensure tire pressure is properly inflated.
- Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
- Complete vehicle inspections.
- Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
- Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service, keeping the customer's perspective first.
