About The Position

Crest Auto Group is hiring an Automotive Express Technician to work in its luxury vehicle service environment. The role involves performing routine vehicle maintenance and inspections, including checking oil, tire pressure, and fluid levels; changing oil and filters; lubricating fittings; and completing video multi-point inspections. The technician is expected to provide excellent, customer-first service and work collaboratively with teammates. Crest describes its workplace as collaborative and customer-centric, with regular training and opportunities for internal promotion. The service shop is air conditioned.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tires are properly inflated.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspections.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Complete video multi-point inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service, keeping the customer's perspective first.
