About The Position

Berlin City Honda is hiring an entry-level Automotive Express /Lube Technician to perform essential vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, fluid flushes, and tire rotations. The role includes structured training and mentorship, with a career path toward becoming a Main Line Technician. The technician will inspect vehicles, identify needed services or repairs, estimate time and labor for additional work, and communicate findings to Service Advisors. All work must meet dealership and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid flushes, and tire rotations.
• Conduct multi-point inspections.
• Change air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades.
• Inspect vehicles and identify needed services or repairs.
• Provide time and labor estimates for additional work.
• Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors.
• Stay current with evolving automotive technology through ongoing training.
• Ensure all work meets dealership and safety standards.
