About The Position

Encompass Health is hiring a Speech Pathologist to provide speech and language rehabilitation to patients at an inpatient rehabilitation organization. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and administering individualized treatment plans, modifying treatment when needed, and documenting patient progress and response to therapy. The position emphasizes collaborative patient care, a supportive team environment, and access to technology. Requirements

• Current state license or certification required by state regulations; a current state license in Speech Therapy is required.
• Successful completion of the SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• A master’s degree is preferred; a bachelor’s degree with field experience is also stated as an option.

Responsibilities
