About The Position
Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists for PRN positions serving Charlotte, North Carolina, and surrounding areas. The organization provides neurological rehabilitation for people with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neurological or complex orthopedic diagnoses in patients’ homes and communities. Therapists work one-on-one with patients and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop integrated treatment plans. Treatment is individualized, evidence-based, and focused on functional goals and durable outcomes. Patients may be served across the continuum, from severe brain injury through job readiness.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
- State licensure.
- Certificate of clinical competence from ASHA.
- Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.
Nice To Haves
- Experience treating neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat impairments involving speech and language, executive functioning, cognition, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs.
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to create integrated treatment plans practiced in patients’ homes and communities.
- Provide individualized, patient-centered treatment in home and community settings.
