Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)
About The Position
Cole Health is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) for its Stone Oak location in San Antonio, Texas. The role provides pediatric speech-language services in a collaborative, child-centered clinical setting. The clinician will work alongside Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, with mentorship and clinical guidance available. The position offers a diverse pediatric caseload, opportunities to develop clinical skills and explore specialties, and a flexible Monday–Friday schedule. Compensation is $70,000–$90,000 annually, with stated productivity expectations of 26 direct-care hours out of 40 hours. Requirements
- CCC-SLP certification is required.
- At least 1 year of pediatric experience.
- Active Texas SLP license.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Passion for continuous learning and making a difference.

- Bilingual Spanish and English skills are preferred but not required.
