Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CCC-SLP) — Outpatient
About The Position
TheraDynamics is hiring an outpatient Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat clients with communication and swallowing disorders. The caseload includes adults and potentially pediatric clients, with conditions such as post-stroke aphasia, voice disorders, cognitive-linguistic disorders, and swallowing disorders. The outpatient clinics provide equipment, time, and team support for clinicians to practice at the top of their scope. The clinician will conduct standardized assessments, develop functional treatment goals, provide education to patients and families, and collaborate with referring physicians. Clinicians with MBS experience may conduct instrumental swallowing assessments. Mentorship and clinical fellowship supervision are available.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- CCC-SLP or status as a clinical fellow (CF) candidate.
- Current New York State SLP license or eligibility for one.
- Interest in working with a diverse outpatient caseload.

- MBS or FEES experience.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat outpatient clients with speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders.
