About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in an Illinois school district during the 2026–2027 school year. The role focuses on helping students develop communication skills that support learning, social engagement, participation in school, and everyday interactions. The clinician will assess student needs, provide individualized therapy tied to IEP goals, monitor progress, and collaborate with school teams and families.

Requirements

• Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively within a school-based multidisciplinary team.

Nice To Haves

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify areas of difficulty and determine appropriate support.
• Provide targeted services addressing students’ communication needs and established Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.
• Support students with articulation, receptive and expressive language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs.
• Establish measurable communication objectives, contribute clinical insight during IEP meetings, and monitor progress over time.
• Review student outcomes and modify therapy strategies to encourage continued skill development.
• Partner with teachers, families, and related-service professionals to reinforce communication strategies across educational settings.
• Maintain accurate service records, assessment findings, and progress reports in alignment with applicable district, state, and federal requirements.
