About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students within an Illinois school district during the 2026–2027 academic year. The school-based role focuses on helping students develop communication skills that support learning, social engagement, everyday interactions, and educational success.

Requirements

• Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively within a school-based multidisciplinary team.

Nice To Haves

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify communication needs and determine appropriate support.
• Provide individualized therapy addressing students’ communication needs and established IEP goals.
• Support students with articulation, receptive and expressive language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs.
• Establish measurable communication objectives, contribute clinical insight during IEP meetings, and monitor student progress.
• Review student outcomes and adjust therapy strategies to encourage continued skill development.
• Partner with teachers, families, and related-service professionals to reinforce communication strategies across educational settings.
• Maintain accurate service records, assessment findings, and progress reports in accordance with applicable district, state, and federal requirements.
