Speech Language Pathologist (Sign on Bonus) - Las Vegas, NV
About The Position
FOX Rehabilitation is expanding in Las Vegas, NV, and surrounding areas, seeking dedicated, licensed Speech Language Pathologists to provide exceptional one-on-one care to older adults in their homes or within Senior Living Communities. Utilizing the Geriatric House Calls™ model, you will help patients enhance mobility, independence, and overall quality of life. This role is situated within one of our partner Senior Living Communities, Avamere at Cheyenne. The position is ideal for SLPs who value autonomy, flexibility, and impactful patient outcomes, offering the freedom to manage your own schedule and foster strong patient relationships. Clinicians may also integrate telehealth and virtual care for increased flexibility, improved care continuity, and broader patient reach. This is a high-impact SLP role designed to positively influence the lives of the communities served.
Requirements
- Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
- Current CPR certification
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC)
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults wherever they call home (Private residences, Senior Living Communities, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care)
- Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
- Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence
- Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists
- Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place
- Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility
