About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a privately owned pediatric speech therapy clinic in Huntsville, Texas. The clinician will evaluate and treat children with a range of speech, language, and communication needs, providing individualized, family-centered care. Founded by speech-language pathologists, the clinic emphasizes clinician flexibility and quality patient care. The position offers a flexible schedule, including the option to choose your hours or work four 10-hour days, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for professional growth. Compensation is $36 to $57 per hour, approximately $74,880 to $118,560 annually based on experience. Requirements

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active Texas SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
Ability to perform pediatric evaluations and provide therapy.
Strong communication and rapport-building skills with children and families.
Solid documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct individualized speech-language evaluations for pediatric clients.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy sessions.
Build positive relationships with children and their families, including caregiver education and coaching.
Track client progress and complete timely, accurate documentation and reports.
Adjust treatment approaches based on client progress and needs.
Collaborate with colleagues and other providers as appropriate.
Maintain professional standards and ethical practice, and keep up with continuing education.
