About The Position

Ivy Health is seeking an outpatient pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Virginia to provide care to children from birth through age 21. The clinician provides individualized, one-to-one treatment and customized plans of care, with parents and caregivers encouraged to attend sessions so they can support skills and home exercises in daily life. The role offers multidisciplinary collaboration, mentorship, autonomy, and opportunities for growth aligned with clinicians’ interests and expertise. Ivy Health’s pediatric team provides speech therapy alongside physical therapy, occupational therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services.

The position’s stated compensation range is $77,025 to $115,537 per year and it is eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the respective state.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient speech-language therapy to pediatric patients from birth through age 21.
