Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist/CF – Outpatient Clinic

THERAPITAS, a leading pediatric outpatient clinic, is seeking a dedicated and energetic SLP to join our multidisciplinary team. We specialize in providing high-quality therapy services to Spanish-speaking families across Oklahoma, helping children reach their fullest potential.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
• Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish-English speaking SLPs/SLPAs can receive a bonus!
• Bilingual or want to be
• Spanish Immersion Program for our SLPs to become bilingual
• Trained on multilingual assessment and treatment

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on your experience.
