About The Position

The Specialty Cook works at SER Steak + Spirits, an upscale steakhouse at Hilton Anatole in Dallas. Responsibilities

• Cook menu items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
• Prepare and present specialty dishes, such as sushi or regional cuisine.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings and food products.
• Visually inspect prepared dishes before serving to ensure quality and presentation standards.
• Keep food service stations stocked, clean, and sanitary.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
