About The Position

The Specialist – Off Field Operations supports critical store processes and helps ensure inventory accuracy, fulfillment, operational execution, and athlete readiness. The role combines behind-the-scenes operational work with proactive engagement to deliver an outstanding athlete experience. The Specialist provides clear, accurate product information, anticipates athlete needs, and recommends products and services to support sales. As a subject matter expert in designated process categories, the Specialist assists with onboarding and training team members and supports efficient, productive execution. The role also upholds merchandising and presentation standards, promotes company programs, and helps maintain a welcoming, respectful, and safe store environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage athletes to understand their shopping needs and deliver a world-class experience.
• Provide clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment; anticipate athlete needs and recommend products and services.
• Assist with onboarding and training new and existing team members in best practices, selling skills, and key operational processes.
• Serve as a go-to expert in designated process categories to support smooth execution and high productivity.
• Execute processes efficiently while maintaining an athlete-first mindset and ensuring products are ready for purchase.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards, including floor set plans, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
• Promote customer participation in company programs, including loyalty programs, warranties, and private-label credit card enrollment.
• Create a welcoming and respectful environment for teammates and athletes.
• Follow company safety, loss-prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as applicable external laws and guidelines.
