About The Position

The Specialist – Off Field Operations supports inventory accuracy, fulfillment, and operational execution to keep the store running efficiently and consistently athlete-ready. The role combines behind-the-scenes process expertise with proactive customer engagement, product knowledge, and sales support. The Specialist also helps train team members, maintains merchandising standards, promotes company programs, and contributes to a welcoming and safe store environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience.

Previous retail or customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide a high-quality experience with clear, accurate, and knowledgeable product information.
Anticipate athlete needs and drive sales through product and service recommendations based on a strong understanding of those needs.
Assist with onboarding and training new and existing team members, sharing best practices, selling skills, and operational processes.
Serve as a subject matter expert in designated process categories to support smooth execution and productivity.
Execute processes efficiently while maintaining an athlete-first mindset and ensuring products are ready for purchase.
Follow merchandising and presentation standards, including floor set plans, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
Promote customer participation in company programs, including loyalty programs, warranties, and private label credit card enrollment.
Help create a respectful and welcoming environment for teammates and athletes.
Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as applicable external laws and guidelines.
