About The Position

The Specialist – Off Field Operations supports critical store processes and helps ensure the store runs efficiently and is consistently athlete-ready. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, fulfillment, operational execution, and delivering a strong athlete experience. The Specialist serves as a go-to expert in designated process categories, supports team member training, and helps maintain company merchandising and presentation standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience.

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide a world-class experience.
• Provide clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment; anticipate athlete needs and recommend products and services to drive sales.
• Assist with onboarding and training new and existing team members, sharing best practices, selling skills, and operational processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in designated process categories to support smooth execution and productivity.
• Execute processes efficiently while maintaining an athlete-first mindset and ensuring products are ready for purchase.
• Follow floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
• Promote customer participation in company programs, including loyalty programs, warranties, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Help create a welcoming and respectful environment for athletes and teammates.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as applicable external laws and guidelines.
