About The Position

As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the Marketing Director and Marketing Managers in executing marketing campaigns at primary properties. You will provide welcoming service and help create memorable guest experiences by understanding guests’ stories and needs. The starting rate is $23.00.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of relevant marketing experience.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree, preferably in Hotel Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in management consulting, retail, hospitality, and/or entertainment-focused companies.
• Experience within a Marketing division.
• Experience working in a similar resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide channel management with the information needed to execute campaigns, ensuring campaign information is complete and meets quality standards.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend and implement strategic changes to improve marketing efforts.
• Research marketing trends and develop ways to implement them in MGM Resorts International’s business practices.
• Identify and monitor internal benchmarks related to marketing trends and delivery standards.
• Ensure marketer business requirements and needs are supported with appropriate tools, data, applications, functionality, and other resources.
• Support the Marketing Director and Marketing Managers in executing marketing campaigns at primary properties.
• Provide welcoming service and help create memorable guest experiences.
