About The Position

As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the Marketing Director and Marketing Managers in executing marketing campaigns at primary properties. The role also involves welcoming guests and helping create memorable experiences by understanding their stories and needs.

Requirements

• Associate's degree, preferably in Hotel Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 6 months of prior relevant marketing experience.
• Prior experience in management consulting, retail, hospitality, and/or entertainment-focused companies.
• Experience within a Marketing division.
• Experience working in a similar resort setting.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide channel management with the information needed to execute campaigns, ensuring campaign information is complete and meets quality standards.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend and implement strategic changes to improve marketing efforts.
• Research marketing trends and develop ways to apply them to MGM Resorts International’s business practices.
• Identify and monitor internal benchmarks in relation to marketing trends and delivery standards.
• Ensure marketer business requirements and needs are supported with appropriate tools, data, applications, functionality, and other required resources.
• Welcome guests and help create memorable guest experiences.
