About The Position
Support a safe and secure store environment by executing loss prevention strategies and upholding operational standards. As a Specialist – Loss Prevention, you will protect assets, support teammates, and ensure policies are followed to maintain a trusted shopping experience for athletes. The role also involves delivering excellent athlete experiences, helping teammates learn store processes, maintaining merchandising standards, and promoting company programs. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience.
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Proactively engage athletes to understand their shopping needs, provide knowledgeable product information, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
- Anticipate athlete needs and drive sales through product and service recommendations.
- Assist with onboarding and training new and existing team members, sharing best practices, selling skills, and operational processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in designated process categories to support smooth execution and productivity.
- Execute processes efficiently while maintaining an athlete-first mindset and ensuring products are ready for purchase.
- Maintain merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
- Promote customer participation in company programs, including loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private-label credit card enrollment.
- Create a welcoming and respectful environment for teammates and athletes.
- Follow company policies and procedures for safety, loss prevention, and standard operations, as well as applicable laws and external guidelines.
- Execute loss prevention strategies to protect store assets and support a safe and secure store environment.
