Requirements

Responsibilities

Support workspace creation, scheduling, and LMS updates.
Review and manage flagged candidate attempts.
Review and answer customer inquiries related to various education programs in a timely manner.
Execute training and certification contracts, working with Finance and Legal to refine and improve them.
Run program logistics and create related standard operating procedures.
Facilitate upskilling sessions related to scheduling trainings, workshops, and webinars across internal systems, and support process improvement.
Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale operations and eliminate manual processes.
Track action items, schedules, and support timelines for the team and stakeholders.
Communicate program updates to stakeholders.
