• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and implementation of special projects that support strategic priorities and organizational growth.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and multiple departments to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate resources, manage budgets, and monitor project progress to ensure timely and on-budget completion.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across diverse teams, acting as a liaison between stakeholders to align expectations and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and performance metrics.
• Identify risks and opportunities, proposing solutions to mitigate challenges and enhance project outcomes.
• Provide regular updates and presentations to executives to inform decision-making and foster transparency.
• Drive process improvements and innovation initiatives arising from special projects.
