About The Position
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is hiring a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a full-time, school-based role in Washington for the 2026–2027 academic year. The position offers support and autonomy to design tailored instruction that empowers learners and promotes measurable academic progress. The educator will work with students with diverse needs and collaborate with school staff to support their learning and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field.
- Valid Washington State teaching certificate with the appropriate Special Education endorsement, or eligibility to meet certification requirements.
- Strong communication, organization, classroom management, instructional planning, and teamwork skills.

- Experience in resource, inclusion, or self-contained settings.
Responsibilities
- Adapt curriculum, assignments, and assessments to address learning needs.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional approaches accordingly.
- Support positive behavior and inclusive classroom practices.
- Participate in multidisciplinary planning and student support meetings.
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction aligned with IEP objectives.
