About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a dependable, adaptable Special Education Teacher to support students within a Washington school district during the 2026–2027 school year. The teacher will provide specialized instruction based on students’ abilities, educational needs, and IEP objectives, helping students make progress toward individual goals and develop greater independence. The position is full-time and school-based.

Requirements

• Strong instructional planning, classroom management, and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Special Education, Education, or a related discipline.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with students, families, and school personnel.
• Valid Washington State teaching certificate with the appropriate Special Education endorsement, or eligibility to obtain the required certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver specialized instruction aligned with students’ abilities, educational needs, and IEP objectives.
• Modify instructional materials and deliver targeted lessons.
• Evaluate student progress and use performance data to determine appropriate next steps.
• Communicate with families and collaborate with teachers and school-based professionals to coordinate student services.
• Create a classroom environment that encourages academic growth and greater independence.
